Requirements (Required experience)
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS/IT solution consulting or implementation delivery.
- Foundational knowledge of SRE, ITSM, ITOM, or incident management domains.
- Proven track record of leading client-facing technical delivery projects.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English for global collaboration.
- Familiarity with modern observability or automation tools is highly preferred.
Salary Structure
- Total (OTE): Up to max 17m JPY (Base 80% : Incentive 20%)
- Final offer is determined by experience, skills, and previous salary history.
