Company Profile/Core Responsibilities
Specific tasks
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess customer security environments and identify key challenges.
- Design and execute high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Value (PoV) assessments.
- Author technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and develop tailored security architecture proposals.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices and competitive technical advantages.
- Collaborate with global product and threat intelligence teams to stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape.
- Ensure seamless technical hand-offs to Customer Success and implementation teams after closing.
Requirements (Required experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales SE in IT/Security.
- Strong knowledge in EDR, cloud security, SIEM, or network security.
- Proven ability to deliver technical presentations to C-suite executives.
- Professional fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Experience with complex enterprise-level technical proposals is a plus.
Salary Structure
- Salary Total: OTE up to 17-20m JPY (base 75% / incentive 25%)
- ※Final offer determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary.
