As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical champion for our "Clean as You Code" methodology, guiding enterprise clients through complex technical evaluations and helping them integrate our industry-standard analysis platform into their modern SDLC. Company Profile/Core Responsibilities
Specific tasks
- Drive the technical aspect of pre-sales engagements through deep-dive product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Lead and support Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations to ensure client technical success and platform alignment.
- Consult on deployment strategies across diverse environments, including On-premise, Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical hurdles faced by prospective clients during the evaluation phase.
- Collaborate with Global Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback for future solution enhancements.
- Provide technical enablement and knowledge sharing to channel partners to maintain high service standards.
Requirements (Required experience)
- Practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering (highly recommended).
- Solid technical knowledge of deployment infrastructures (Linux, Windows, AWS, Azure, K8s).
- Ability to deliver engaging and unique technical demonstrations that simplify complex concepts.
- Professional fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and architectural design.
Salary Structure
- Total (OTE): Up to around 22M JPY(base 70% : variable incentive 30%)
