The name “Z3” embodies our commitment to exceeding the expectations (Z) of the three parties involved—the company, the candidate, and our colleagues—and to continuing to grow together.For over 20 years, I have been involved in recruitment and high-end staffing services at both Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies. Throughout this journey, I have witnessed firsthand the reality where individuals’ skills and experience are not properly evaluated—and their annual income and terms are unfairly suppressed—solely based on attributes such as nationality, age, and employment status. This is by no means a positive outcome for either the individual worker or the organization seeking medium- to long-term growth.As the working-age population continues to decline, what is needed is not judgment based on “attributes,” but the realization of a society where true “ability” is properly evaluated. We are not merely intermediaries. We remain partners who stand closely by everyone involved at their life’s turning points, working together to forge a future. Creating a society where companies, organizations, and everyone can thrive as their true selves—that is the raison d’être of Z3 global.

Kunihito Hagito

For over 20 years, he has led executive search, recruitment, and high-end staffing operations at major Japanese and foreign human resources service companies. At Randstad, as Managing Director, he launched multiple businesses within the Professional Services division from scratch, managed organizations of several hundred employees, and was responsible for Japan’s management strategy (JLT).He has a track record of over 1,000 successful placements in the mid-to-executive level, and possesses one of the industry’s leading networks and deep insights, particularly in the IT and technology sectors. He graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University and holds an MBA from the University of Wales. He has completed global executive programs at institutions such as INSEAD, Singapore Management University (SMU), and London Business School.Leveraging his bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English and his international business expertise, he serves as a bridge connecting corporate transformation with individual self-realization.
